More than one exam
Two exams, or a whole semester of papers, share the same hours. These guides show how to size them and keep one buffer.
JEE Main and NEET UG together: where the syllabi share units
JEE Main and NEET UG both ask Physics and Chemistry. NTA's 2026 syllabi share 40 of their unit names between them, while Mathematics appears only in JEE Main and Biology only in NEET UG. This page lines the two up, from the documents, so you can size the work for both.
UPSC Civil Services and SSC CGL together: the first stages compared
UPSC Civil Services and SSC CGL both test general awareness, reasoning and numeracy in their first stages, in different shapes. This page lines the two notices up, from the documents, to show which areas share a name, which exist in only one, and how each first stage is used.
Preparing for two exams at once: a capacity question
Preparing for two exams at once is a question about hours before it is a question about ambition. Size the work for each exam, compare it with the time you have, and keep the two plans separate.
College and university exams: one plan for a whole semester
A semester's papers land in one short window, so the first question is about hours. Size each paper, compare the total with the time you have before each date, and keep every paper's syllabus on its own rows so you can see what is finished.
