Request deletion in the app

1. Open AspirantGoal.
2. Go to Menu → Your account.
3. Tap Delete account permanently.
4. Review what will and will not be deleted, complete Google verification and confirm the request.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from the same Google email address used for your AspirantGoal account. Include the words Delete my AspirantGoal account and the account email. Do not send your password, Google token, backup key or recovery phrase.

Email: help@aspirantgoal.com. If the email button does not open, copy the address into your email app.

How we verify the request

We must confirm that the requester controls the relevant account before deletion. The safest method is a fresh Google verification in the app. For an email request, contact us from the Google email linked to AspirantGoal and follow the verification instructions we send. We will never ask for your Google password.

What account deletion removes

After verification, deletion removes the AspirantGoal cloud account and account-scoped service data, including:

• the AspirantGoal authentication identity;
• Your cloud profile details, power message, profile links and stored profile photo.
• Your registered-device access records and account-linked profile messaging tokens.
• Your AG Coin wallet, earning and spending records, and account-linked Store benefits.
• backup-metadata pointers and account authority data, except for the minimal deletion marker described below;
• AspirantGoal subscription or entitlement records associated with the account, subject to purchase-provider and legal recordkeeping requirements; and
• operational account records that are no longer required.

A minimal deletion marker containing the former internal account ID, deleted status and deletion timestamp is retained without a scheduled expiry. It prevents stale devices, queued operations or replayed requests from reactivating a deleted account. It contains no profile name, email, photo, study notes or coin balance. Anonymous promotion-capacity records may also remain to prevent reuse of limited offers. These records are not used to restore the deleted account.

Technical installation identifiers maintained by service providers are separate from your AspirantGoal account and follow those providers’ retention practices. Deleting an account removes the account linkage; it does not delete your Google account or every provider’s operational record.

What is not deleted automatically

• Local study data: subjects, sessions, plans, notes, history and other data stored on your device remain there.
• Google Drive backups: files in your private Drive app-data area remain under your Google account until you remove them.
• Payment and tax records: AspirantGoal retains payment references, tax invoices, credit notes, their recorded recipient details and required transaction reports for accounting, tax, fraud prevention and dispute handling. These records have no scheduled automatic deletion date; requests are reviewed against the applicable legal obligations. They are not used to recreate a deleted profile. Records controlled by Google Play or Razorpay also follow the relevant provider’s retention rules and legal requirements.
• Support messages: correspondence may be kept as reasonably needed to complete the request, protect the service and meet legal obligations.

Delete local data and backups separately

Local data: first create any backup you want to keep. Then use the app’s available delete controls, or use Android Settings → Apps → AspirantGoal → Storage & cache → Clear storage. Uninstalling the app also removes its local app data on most devices. Menu wording varies by Android manufacturer.

Google Drive backups: use AspirantGoal’s Backup & Restore controls when available. You can also review connected-app data in your Google Drive settings. Deleting Drive backups is permanent and may remove your ability to restore study data.

Subscriptions must be cancelled separately

Deleting your AspirantGoal account, signing out or uninstalling the app does not cancel a recurring Google Play subscription. Before deleting your account, cancel renewal from the Pro page where available, or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions using the Google account that made the purchase. Confirm cancellation before the next charge. Cancellation stops renewal and keeps paid access until its verified expiry; it does not request a refund. Account deletion separately removes your account and its linked access records. For a Razorpay subscription, open Pro → Manage Razorpay membership and stop renewal before deleting your account. Confirm the cancellation or ask support for help if the app is unavailable. Account-deletion cleanup also attempts to stop an associated Razorpay mandate; temporary provider failures can require retries, so do not rely on uninstalling or signing out to stop a charge. Lifetime Pro has no recurring renewal to cancel. For purchase or refund help, contact help@aspirantgoal.com; your applicable consumer rights remain unchanged.

What happens next

An authenticated in-app request blocks further account-service access and queues cleanup. The server cleanup worker runs every 15 minutes and retries temporary failures at intervals of up to one hour. Most requests can be processed in the next scheduled cycles; this is not a guarantee of completion within 15 minutes. If an in-app request remains pending after 24 hours, contact help@aspirantgoal.com. For email requests, we first verify account ownership, then initiate the same cleanup process and respond about its status. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.

Cloud operational and security logs are retained in our configured log storage for 180 days. Google-managed mandatory audit logs and payment-provider records follow their separate provider retention rules. Deletion does not remove these security records immediately.
