How can we help?
Get help with timers, Focus and Strict Mode, permissions, backups, history, accounts and subscriptions. AspirantGoal is provided by Ceres Canopus Pvt Ltd.

Before you contact us
- Do not clear app data or uninstall while investigating missing study records.
- Create a fresh backup before making a major change or attempting a restore.
- Include your AspirantGoal version, build number, Android version, device model and clear steps to reproduce the problem.
- Never email your password, Google token, backup encryption key, recovery phrase or payment-card details.
- The app does not automatically attach your study database, notes, descriptions, audio, history, backup files or account information to support email.
Quick help
Timer and Stopwatch
Return to Home to find the controls for an active session. Complete the session when you want it saved to History. If the floating timer is missing, open Settings → Permissions & Access and review Floating timer overlay.
Focus and Strict Mode
Confirm that Strict Mode is active, the intended apps are selected and Usage access is allowed. Review Notification and Do Not Disturb access if your focus rules use them. Android remains the final authority for every permission.
Notifications and reminders
Review reminder switches and the live permission status in Settings. Confirm Android notification permission and check whether device battery controls are delaying AspirantGoal.
History and missing sessions
Search History by subject, exam or date and review active filters. Do not clear app data or uninstall. Create a backup before attempting any recovery step.
Backup and Restore
Use Backup & Restore to create a fresh local backup or, when available, an encrypted Google Drive backup. Restore only from a trusted AspirantGoal backup after reviewing the account, backup date, scope and restore mode. Restoring can replace matching app data.
Accounts and registered devices
Signing in does not automatically upload or replace local study data. Open Menu → Your account to sign out, review registered devices or request account deletion. Removing account access from a device does not erase that device’s local study data.
AspirantGoal Pro
Pro subscriptions are not open for purchase as of 17 September 2026. The app will show current pricing and renewal terms before any future purchase. If you need to restore an existing entitlement, use Restore my subscription and sign in with the account linked to the purchase.
