What the sheet covers
50 units in 5 subjects, as the exam body lists them:
- Physics: 20 units
- Physical Chemistry: 8 units
- Inorganic Chemistry: 4 units
- Organic Chemistry: 8 units
- Biology: 10 units
What this edition covers
This sheet follows the 2026 documents of the National Testing Agency. NEET (UG) is the common entrance test for admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BUMS, BSMS and BHMS courses.
What changed from the previous cycle
The bulletin says there is no change in the syllabus compared with the previous year (syllabus FAQ 2, printed p. 76) and that the exam mode is the same as in 2025 (Chapter 4, para 4). For the 21 June 2026 re-examination, NTA public notices of 15 May and 12 June 2026 set the examination window at 195 minutes, 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM, including time for formalities, and gave four rough-work pages instead of two.
Not announced or unclear in the documents, as of 23 October 2026
NEET (UG) 2027 information bulletin and NMC syllabus for 2027: none published as of 2026-10-23. Looked at neet.nta.nic.in (home, public notices, archive, FAQ) and the NMC What's New list up to 15 October 2026. All data here is the 2026 cycle.
Using the sheet
Add the minutes after each session, leaving out pauses and breaks. Write a date in First pass finished on only when you decide that stage of that unit is done, and add a new row with Round set to 2 for a second pass. On this page you can also tick a unit when you finish its first pass: the date fills in, your ticks stay in this browser, and nothing is sent anywhere. The Excel file adds the totals for you. The full method is in A syllabus tracker that keeps minutes and finished passes apart. Passes after the first have their own sheet: the NEET UG revision tracker, with the same units and a column for each revision round.
Where the units come from
The units are copied from the documents of the National Testing Agency, which the NEET UG page lists with the date we checked each one. Checked on 23 October 2026. The exam body's current notice is the authority: syllabus units can change, so compare this sheet with it and edit what differs. AspirantGoal is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Testing Agency or any exam authority.
