Sharing notes

You can send a note to one person or a whole group as an .agsz file. The photos, PDFs, highlights and audio pins travel inside it. The person who opens it in AspirantGoal sees every mark and hears your explanation on it.

What travels inside the file

An .agsz file holds one note with everything attached to it: the text, the photos, the PDFs, the highlights you drew and the audio pins you recorded on them. Nothing needs to be sent separately, so the note arrives complete.

Why send the pins too

A friend who asks for your notes usually has a question the page does not answer. The audio pins answer it in your voice, on the exact line, so nobody has to ring you back for the details.

How to send a note

  1. Open the note you want to share.
  2. Export it as an .agsz file.
  3. Send the file the way you send any file, for example over WhatsApp.
  4. The other person opens it in AspirantGoal.

Archive and reopen

Archive finished goals and subjects, and bring them back later with their notes, syllabus and history. A round you marked complete can be reopened for 15 days.
