What goes in a note
Every session has its own canvas. One note can hold four kinds of content together.
- Text. Type it, with bold, underline, strikethrough, lists and text colour.
- Voice. Record a voice note and it sits in the text as a line with a play button.
- Photos. Take one with the camera or add one from your phone. It opens as a photo note you can mark with the pen.
- PDFs. A PDF opens page by page. The note shows how many pages and audio pins it holds.
Highlight a line, then say why
Open a photo or a PDF page in the pen tool and highlight a line in yellow, green, blue or pink. Thickness runs from 1 to 6, and the eraser, undo and redo are there when a mark goes wrong.
Then record an audio pin on that spot. A highlight shows what you marked. The pin keeps your voice saying why it matters, for the day you come back to the page and cannot remember. Pins can be moved, and each photo and PDF shows how many pins it holds.
How to make a note with an audio pin
- Open the note for a study session.
- Type, or record a voice note.
- Add a photo or a PDF.
- Open it in the pen tool, pick a colour and highlight the line.
- Record an audio pin on the highlight.
- Leave it. The note saves itself, and you can press Save too.
- To send it, export the note as an .agsz file and share the file.
Limits to know
PDFs can be up to 100MB on Pro, or 50MB each with a Coin Pass.
A shared note is made to be opened in AspirantGoal, where the marks and pins play back.
Your notes stay on your phone unless you choose an encrypted backup to your own Google Drive.
The note drawn on the home page is an illustration. Its words, timings and sizes are made up to show the idea. Details on this page were checked in the app on 23 October 2026.
